Crisis Services is Erie County, NY’s only 24-hour comprehensive crisis center that responds to suicide, mental illness, addictions, domestic and sexual violence. Crisis Services’ first responders work around-the-clock to fulfill the agency’s mission: to restore safety, promote emotional strength, and reduce the impact of trauma through intervention, education, prevention, and community collaboration.
